Job Summary

Provide management to staff and leadership aligned with the company's strategic vision while driving results from operational and financial perspectives. Partner with the CFO and CEO to achieve favorable financial outcomes regarding sales, profitability, and capital raises, and spearhead the development of growth strategies and effective measurement tools. Create and implement plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, and reporting systems designed to foster growth and efficiencies. Motivate employees at all levels, forge strategic partnerships with clients and vendors, and present information effectively to potential investors and private equity firms. Travel up to 30% of the time and work in ambiguity to mitigate risks and drive strategic results. Uphold confidentiality and ethical behavior standards while complying with Tribal Health policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in business or related field
  • 5-10 years of executive level operational experience
  • Exceptional executive presence, business acumen and presentation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to inform and influence partners and decision-makers across multiple levels
  • Agility and flexibility to work in ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Ability to recognize key market trends and mitigate potential risks through proactive recommendations and thought leadership
  • Curiosity to learn, courage and creativity to challenge status quo, and organizational savvy to drive strategic results
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Adept with technology and learning new systems
  • Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time (post COVID)
  • Must successfully pass a 101-630 background check in compliance with public law 101-630
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be able to handle frequent interruptions
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to interact with a wide variety of people on various and, at times, complicated issues
  • Must uphold all principles of confidentiality
  • Must adhere to all professional and ethical behavior standards of the healthcare industry
