Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day, multi-site operations across production, fulfillment, logistics, and client delivery for United Direct Solutions. Lead cross-site coordination between Louisville and Cincinnati, drive scalable processes and SOPs, and champion continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, labor utilization, turnaround time, and cost management. Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and investments; partner with CIO/Strategy on automation and digital workflow enhancements; recruit and develop frontline teams with a safety-focused, accountable culture; ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and high-quality client outcomes. Requires a bachelor's degree (preferred) and 10+ years of progressive operations experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role; relocation is offered. The role emphasizes executive leadership, strategic change, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive growth and client satisfaction across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in operations management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
- minimum of ten years of progressive experience in manufacturing, print/mail, fulfillment, or service operations
- at least five years in a senior leadership role
- experience leading cross-functional teams and multi-site operations
- proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and high-performance outcomes
- knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- strong leadership, strategic planning, and executive communication skills
- ability to manage budgets, capital investments, and financial performance metrics
- ability to recruit, train, and develop frontline workforce
- ability to travel to company sites as needed
- ability to implement scalable systems and processes to support growth
