Job Summary
Provide executive leadership and oversight for the branch network, call center, back-office operations, consumer deposits, loan originations, marketing, and talent development. Lead strategic planning, organizational growth initiatives, and board reporting to align operational strategies with long-term goals and member service commitments. Foster cross-organizational collaboration, drive innovation, and implement process improvements. Report directly to the CEO and partner closely on organizational direction. A bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive credit union leadership experience are required, with advanced degrees and certifications preferred.
