Job Summary
Executive leadership role as COO/Head of Operations responsible for strategic execution, back-office scaling, policy implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes. Lead financial & resource management, ensure compliance (ISO 27001 ISMS), and unite a remote-first, distributed team across 7 offices in the US and Europe. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in fintech or adjacent tech operations, a Master’s degree, and a track record of scaling mature, venture-backed organizations while driving cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive operations experience in fintech or adjacent technology industries
- Experience in CEO/CFO/COO roles or P&L ownership in large organizations
- Experience managing a distributed, multicultural team (250+ members) across multiple offices in US and Europe
- Travel required to office locations across Europe and US
