Job Summary
Lead planning and development of operational objectives, directing strategies to attain short-term and long-term financial and mission-critical goals. Oversee daily business operations, manage budgets, and establish policies while monitoring regional, company-wide, and profit-and-loss performance. Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to execute strategic vision, drive efficiencies, and identify new market opportunities. Build and expand relationships with clients, develop high-performing teams, and implement scalable structures for nationwide growth. Travel approximately 30% of the time to support operations across key markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 10-20 years of relevant operational leadership experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large teams
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans effectively
- Proficient in the use of technology and software relevant to facility management operations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to travel nationally as required
Desired Qualifications
