Job Summary
Executive-level COO responsible for strategic leadership of clinical operations across hospice, palliative care, grief/bereavement, and PACE; ensure regulatory compliance, patient safety, and high-quality care while maintaining efficient operations and cost-effectiveness. Oversees development of clinical policies and managerial systems, budgeting, contract negotiations, human resources development, and strategic partnerships with local/state officials and healthcare partners. Requires 10+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience and a master’s degree preferred; based in Grand Junction, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years progressive clinical leadership experience
- Master’s level education preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field required
- Experience in hospice, palliative care, bereavement industry desired
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable communicating at all organizational levels
