Job Summary
Oversee multi-year financial strategy, budget development, and long-range forecasting to ensure compliance with university fiscal policies and regulatory standards. Manage complex operations across finance, property development, capital projects, facilities, information technology, and emergency response while aligning infrastructure with the needs of 6,000 students and 600 faculty. Shape a comprehensive school-wide technology strategy that advances teaching, learning, and administrative excellence. Build and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary team to cultivate collaboration and continuous improvement across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership in finance, administration, operations, and information technology
- at least 10 years in a senior management role
- Proven experience managing complex budgets (> $100M)
- Proven experience managing multi-function administrative units
- experience in higher education, corporate, research, or a comparable mission-driven environment
- experience with and knowledge of fund-based accounting best practices
