Job Summary
Lead and manage overall performance of all retail outlets to ensure operational efficiency and consistency. Oversee daily store operations across multiple locations, drive improvements in productivity, sales performance, and customer experience. Optimize manpower planning, staffing structures, and workforce deployment while enhancing in-store visual merchandising and product presentation standards. Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) across all outlets and manage new store opening processes from planning to launch. Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, manage product assortment planning, and develop procurement strategies to optimize cost and supply continuity. Utilize data analytics to drive operational decisions, monitor store-level sales performance, and analyze SKU performance and gross margin trends. Act as the execution lead in partnership with the CEO to drive operational implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Retail Management or related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in retail operations, with a strong track record in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience managing large-scale retail networks or operational systems supporting stores
- Strong background in supply chain, inventory management, and procurement strategies
- Hands-on experience managing high SKU environments
- Solid understanding of retail store operations, including store productivity, merchandising, staffing, and sales optimization
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency, improve performance, and increase profitability
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead large, multi-location teams
- Ability to execute business strategies effectively and work closely with senior leadership/CEO
