Build operational systems supporting multiple simultaneous fleet deployments, standardizing readiness protocols and cutting variability across basins and teams. Recruit, develop, and lead operations, maintenance, logistics, and field leadership teams, establishing clear roles, performance expectations, and succession plans. Drive EOS principles across the organization through Rocks, Scorecards, and Level 10 Meetings, ensuring priorities and accountability remain clear. Deliver consistent field execution on every customer project, aligning operational performance with commercial growth goals while championing a world-class safety culture and regulatory compliance. Solve problems in real time under pressure in active hydraulic fracturing environments, reporting directly to the CEO.
