Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, internal functions, and program planning to ensure organizational efficiency and alignment with the mission. Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board to develop strategic plans, manage budgets, and provide financial oversight including audits and reporting. Lead team leadership, foster staff development, and ensure compliance with labor laws and policies. Engage external stakeholders, manage consulting projects, and integrate partners into programming to increase impact. Serve as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors and assume leadership duties when the Executive Director is unavailable. Maintain clear communication across all teams and represent La Casita Center in physical and digital spaces.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related field
- Fluency in Spanish language
- Commitment to the Acuerdos of the Latina Women's Movement
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Mission-driven mindset and alignment with organization's values
Desired Qualifications
- At least five to ten years related experience preferred
