Job Summary
COO role leading operational excellence in aerospace manufacturing. Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to optimize productivity, streamline processes, and maximize resource utilization. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of operational managers and specialists; establish robust performance metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks; collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, and quality assurance to optimize workflows and deliver aerospace products on time and within budget. Required Qualifications
