Job Summary
Partner with the CEO to develop and execute organizational strategy while leading annual operational planning to support sustainable membership growth. Use market data and community insights to guide decision-making and ensure programs meet the evolving needs of girls, volunteers, caregivers, and communities. Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders across community engagement, programs, outdoor initiatives, and customer care functions. Direct planning, budgeting, and performance management to drive operational excellence and strengthen partnerships with educational institutions and stakeholders. Advance a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging while serving as an ambassador for Girl Scouting throughout the region.
Required Qualifications
- Significant senior leadership experience leading multi-functional teams
- A track record of driving organizational growth, transformation, or operational excellence
- Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management skills
- Experience using data and insights to guide decision-making
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- The ability to inspire, develop, and retain diverse teams
- Flexible office hours after 30 days, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (Operational demands do require the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be on call)
- Half-day Fridays
- Two remote workdays per week after successful completion of the 180-day introductory period
