Job Summary
Execute company goals and strategic priorities established by the Rehab Industries Partnership and Forza Strategy Team. Lead the Director of Acquisitions and Development in sourcing, underwriting, and executing new investment opportunities, while reviewing major acquisition recommendations for alignment with risk tolerance and long-term strategy. Provide oversight for the Director of Construction to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, and manage capital improvement planning across the portfolio. Direct the Property Management team to maintain stabilized operations and positive cash flow, partnering with the CFO to monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions. Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability across Finance, Acquisitions, Construction, and Legal.
Required Qualifications
- Executive leadership capability
- Strategic planning and execution skills
- Ability to oversee multiple departments (Acquisitions, Development, Construction, Property Management)
- Experience in commercial real estate
- Knowledge of real estate development processes (sourcing, underwriting, execution)
- Experience with capital improvement planning
- Financial acumen for monitoring property-level performance
- Ability to lead and guide directors
- Experience in cross-departmental coordination and communication
- Experience leading regular executive and departmental meetings
- Risk management skills
- Experience ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
