Job Summary
Chief Operating Officer for a multi-generational Single Family Office in Chicago, joining the Executive Leadership Team (President, CIO, CFO and GC). Provides direct oversight of HR, IT, Administrative Staff, Facilities, Family Office Services, and Communications to ensure smooth firm operations. Partners with the Director of Family Services to develop and implement key strategic initiatives and programs for the family. Leads development of strategic priorities and projects across Finance and Compliance; fosters a collaborative culture with accountability and strong communication. Potential to participate in co-investing incentive vehicles within a growth-focused, high-excellence environment.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years tactical and strategic operational leadership experience
- Experience with family office services for ultra high net worth families
- Thorough understanding of the Private Equity industry
