Job Summary
Own the full operational P&L across janitorial, mechanical, and self-perform service lines, driving revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA while enforcing cost discipline. Unify multi-service operations under an integrated delivery model to create cross-sell opportunities and enhance client retention through proactive escalation resolution. Build and scale self-perform capacity to reduce subcontractor dependency, designing governance frameworks that maintain quality, compliance, and cost standards. Oversee operational responses to complex national RFPs and develop a high-accountability regional leadership team capable of running autonomous, profitable service units.
