Job Summary
Oversee and execute the firm’s operational strategy in Hong Kong, managing middle and back-office operations including clearing & settlement, fund operation, and account management; unify operating standards across the organization and drive SOPs, process reengineering, and cross-department collaboration. Lead risk prevention and regulatory compliance aligned with domestic and international requirements, and supervise digital transformation initiatives with fintech and IT teams to optimize core trading, settlement, and customer service systems. Build and lead the operational team, coordinating front-, middle-, and back-office functions, with a focus on strategic vision, cross-departmental coordination, and resilient leadership in a senior securities operations role. Fluency in Chinese and English required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of operational management experience in securities institutions
- Strong background in securities operational management across middle-back office
- Bachelor’s degree or above; Master’s/MBA preferred
- Familiarity with CSRC regulations and international capital markets
- Fluency in Chinese and English
- Proven experience in process reengineering, digital transformation, and operational system construction
Desired Qualifications
- FRM certification is a plus
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or above required
