Job Summary
Orchestrate the company's growth model by providing strategic direction and establishing processes that support enterprise priorities. Supervise day-to-day operations of customer-facing areas including marketing, business development, and support while collaborating with area directors. Represent the organization as an expert in finance, decentralized finance, and cryptocurrency/blockchain to investors, partners, and external parties. Develop and implement an organizational chart and hiring roadmap, taking the lead on business development activities for client acquisition and corporate partnerships. Partner with the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer to plan international growth and partnership ventures. Execute initiatives and communications specific to company growth and development, including engagement with investors.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or a similar leadership role
- Experience in the crypto, blockchain, fintech, or DeFi space
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, DeFi, NFTs, and Web3 ecosystems
- Experience in scaling startups or fast-growing companies in the crypto or tech industry
- Deep knowledge of crypto regulations, compliance (KYC/AML), and risk management
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Sound financial acumen and budget management skills
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends and regulations
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering or similar
- Fluent in English
