Job Summary
Chief Operating Officer responsible for driving operational excellence and patient-centered care at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. Reports directly to the CEO and provides strategic and operational leadership across all hospital functions with direct oversight of the VP of Operations, VP of Patient Logistics and Care Coordination, Director of Food and Nutrition, and Director of Plant Operations, plus a dotted-line to the Trauma Program Manager. The role emphasizes high-quality, efficient operations across departments and service lines in a major teaching hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
