Job Summary
Chief Operating Officer responsible for strategic leadership and operational direction across Agua Caliente Casinos, including casino, hotel, and ancillary gaming divisions; drives revenue growth, operational efficiency, and guest experience while safeguarding tribal assets. Oversees daily operations, budget development and management, multi-year strategic planning, data-driven performance optimization, market opportunity evaluation, and implementation of programs to enhance competitive positioning and service excellence. Reports to Tribal leadership and collaborates with executive team to align policies, programs, and operational changes with Tribal Council directives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field required
- Executive MBA or advanced degree preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class A gaming license issued by the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission
