Chief Operating Officer

Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to align with the organization's Mission, Vision and Values. Provide leadership and vision for long-range planning, coordinate resource acquisition and allocation, and ensure compliance with governing bodies, licensure, and laws. Support continuous quality improvement, patient safety programs, and best-in-class patient experience standards while tracking metrics for satisfaction. Advise on physician employment and practice acquisition candidates, represent facilities to public constituencies and governmental authorities, and facilitate staff education and development based on quantitative outcomes.
