Job Summary
COO role responsible for owning P&L across business units, building the operating system with named outputs (KPIs, scorecards, cadence, incentives, automations), and directly managing department heads and senior operators. Partner with GTM/marketing and sales to drive pipeline and revenue operations; collaborate with People & Talent to build management depth; free founders to focus on vision by connecting strategy to execution. Requires verifiable P&L outcomes, multi-domain operating experience (GTM, Ops/Finance, People), and a track record of building operating infrastructure from scratch, making tough personnel decisions, and leading large, distributed teams in a fast, founder-led environment.
