Job Summary
Chief Operating Officer for a healthcare revenue cycle management company focused on ABA billing. Oversee day-to-day operations across domestic and international teams; manage and support client-facing account management; serve as an escalation point for high-level client relationships and operational issues; build, improve, and document operational systems, processes, and workflows; scale overseas teams; develop training programs and onboarding processes; monitor team productivity, accountability, and KPIs; partner with leadership on strategic planning and company growth initiatives; identify opportunities for automation and AI integration; drive execution across multiple departments while maintaining a strong company culture.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of operations, leadership, or management experience
- ABA billing, ABA operations, or ABA RCM experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational execution
- Strong systems-thinking and process improvement mindset
- Comfortable managing both people and projects simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with a strong interest in automation and AI tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
