Job Summary
Chief Operating & Growth Officer (COGO) responsible for leading systems, strategy, and execution to support national enrollment growth, site launches (NYC, Memphis, and future markets), and scalable operational infrastructure. The role oversees enrollment strategy, multi-site performance, data and systems infrastructure, and organizational effectiveness; partners with the CEO on growth targets, fundraising, and strategic execution; builds scalable talent systems, governance processes, site models, and cross-site playbooks to enable rapid, sustainable expansion while maintaining student support and coaching quality.
Required Qualifications
- Seven or more years of senior operations leadership experience in multi-site or scaling organizations
- Proven experience driving growth across multiple markets or geographies with measurable outcomes
- Experience building operational systems in high-growth, ambiguous environments
- Strong track record building teams, systems, and infrastructure in scaling environments
- Experience overseeing data and analytics functions to drive performance
- Experience leading enrollment, revenue, or growth-adjacent functions
