Job Summary
Partner with the CEO to redefine strategy, manage due diligence on acquisition targets, lead commercial rollouts of new products, and project manage key process improvements across the organization. Drive clarity from ambiguity by partnering with the management team, leading communications to internal and external stakeholders including the Board, and solving complex operational problems in education staffing. Work as a team of one within a 300+ person company operating across the UK, US, and Canada to improve education systems.
