Job Summary
Chief of Staff to the Chief Business Officer; responsible for serving as a trusted partner to guide planning and execution across leadership teams. Leads quarterly OKRs, reporting, and high-priority cross-functional initiatives; prepares executive communications and materials for internal/external stakeholders (clients, partners, investors, leadership); streamlines decision-making by surfacing insights and aligning cross-functional teams (go-to-market, product, revenue). Identifies operational inefficiencies and partners with department heads to implement scalable solutions; acts as a connective thread across GTM, product, and revenue. The role requires demonstrated ability to influence cross-functionally, exceptional communication skills, comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and a bias toward action.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in consulting, strategic operations, or executive office roles, ideally with exposure to ad tech, martech, media, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of digital advertising trends, terminology, and stakeholders (e.g. DSPs, SSPs, agencies, data and identity solutions) is a plus
