Job Summary
Lead the Head of HWJP as a trusted advisor on prioritization, risk management, and organizational alignment. Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HWJP operating model, including governance frameworks, operating cadence, and escalation mechanisms. Ensure decision readiness by standardizing reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to convert complex inputs into actionable insights for leadership. Drive transparency across HWJP and partner organizations in Japan, the United States, India, and Vietnam while collaborating with HWEN and Central Engineering. Establish a predictable execution rhythm that shifts leadership focus from status collection to strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductors, hardware engineering, engineering operations, program management, business operations, strategy, or related fields.
- Experience supporting senior engineering leaders in complex global organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional working proficiency in Japanese, with the ability to communicate and build relationships across engineering organizations and stakeholders in Japan.
