Job Summary
As Chief of Staff to the GM of Housing, you will own end-to-end strategic initiatives for the Housing division, translate divisional goals into clear operating plans, drive cross-functional execution, and distill progress into executive-facing memos. You will partner with the GM and leaders to define priorities and roadmaps, design an operating system to enable coordination, and operate with a high level of ownership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. The role requires exceptional conceptual thinking, quantitative rigor (financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting), and the ability to influence outcomes through collaboration and clear narrative across senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in strategy, operations, or chief of staff functions
- experience in management consulting and/or high-growth startup environments
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to translate goals into executable plans
- executive-level influencing and collaboration
