Job Summary
Chief of Staff to the CIO at Sandisk drives executive-level support and operational excellence within IT, partnering with IT leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, oversee the PMO, manage multi-project portfolios, establish governance and KPIs, analyze operations for cost savings, and prepare reports/presentations for senior management. The role emphasizes strategic planning, program and portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure delivery on scope, timeline, and budget while representing the C-suite in communications and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in IT or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to operate in a proactive way anticipating the needs of stakeholders
- Enacts high-quality work and has demonstrated ability to drive outcomes effectively representing C-suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Proficiency in IT software and tools
