Job Summary
Partner with the CEO on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting by building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making. Own Notion as the company's system of record, driving documentation hygiene and consistent adoption across every team. Track key metrics, build dashboards, and establish AI-driven workflows to automate sales, financials, manufacturing, and operations. Support backend sales and business development by managing quoting, pipeline, and order acknowledgements, while assisting with proposal development and investor relations including data room management and pitch materials. Act as a trusted thought partner to translate strategic priorities into concrete action and represent the CEO's initiatives across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, investment banking/consulting, venture capital, or similar high-rigor environment
- Deeply AI-fluent. You have personally built agents or AI workflows that replaced real manual work, not just experimented with chatbots
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; comfortable in spreadsheets, data analysis, and building reporting/dashboards from scratch
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and switch context quickly without dropping quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A builder's mindset: comfortable creating processes and systems where none exist, and iterating quickly
- High degree of trust, discretion, and judgment. You will have visibility into sensitive financial, strategic, and investor information
- Startup experience strongly preferred; comfort with ambiguity, fast pace, and shifting priorities is essential
- Bias toward action and ownership. If you see something broken or missing, you fix it
