Job Summary
Drive direction from any leadership team member to completion across engineering, finance, supply chain, and product development. Translate one-line intent into scoped plans with owners, dates, and definitions of done, then run the operating cadence to surface slippage early. Diagnose root causes of delays, build AI-assisted workflows to scale operations, and prepare analysis for executive and board decisions. This broad, high-ownership contract role reports to the CEO with a mandate to deploy AI across the entire organization. You will work daily with the CEO, CFO, and CIO of a global business transforming human-centric lighting.
Required Qualifications
