Job Summary
Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer at BridgeBio. Responsible for ensuring cross-functional alignment of strategy with operations across commercial and other functions; organizing and interpreting incoming data; leading strategic initiatives; conducting regular reviews of case studies and best practices; managing key meetings with Board members and senior leaders; driving preparation of materials for leadership and Board discussions; and coordinating the operating rhythm of the Office of the CCO. The role requires the ability to distill complexity into concise insights, synthesize complex topics into succinct slide presentations, and effectively influence stakeholders. Strong proficiency with ChatGBT/Claude, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected. In-person work is required 4-5 days per week at the Palo Alto and San Francisco offices, with domestic and international travel as needed. Requires 3-6+ years in biopharma-related business roles and 2-3 years in top-tier professional services (preferred), with graduate degree preferred.

- Graduate degree preferred
- 3 to 6+ years of relevant business development / operations / strategy experience in biopharma
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a top-tier professional services firm (e.g., consulting or banking) strongly preferred
