Job Summary
Chief of Staff to the CEO at Dyna Robotics. Partner directly with the Founder & CEO to drive execution, structure strategic planning, and scale the business across multiple functions. Responsibilities include strategic planning and operations, cross-functional execution, investor/board relations, and building data-driven dashboards and narratives. The role requires thriving in an early-stage startup, navigating ambiguity, ramping quickly across new functional areas, and wearing multiple hats as the company grows. Ideal candidate has startup-operating experience, strong analytical skills, executive-level communication, and a track record of delivering high-impact projects, with bonus exposure to fundraising and commercial contracts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience at a Seed or Series A startup in a business operations, Chief of Staff, or generalist operator role
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Grit: Strong quantitative skills with the ability to break down complex issues
- Rapid Adaptability: Ramp up quickly on unfamiliar topics, industries, or business functions
- Flawless Execution: High organization, sharp attention to detail, and follow-through
- Executive-Level Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing board-level and investor-level materials
- Bonus points for direct Chief of Staff experience at a fast-growing startup
- Experience in hardware, robotics, logistics, or operationally intensive industries
- Experience with venture fundraising, investor relations, or strategic finance
- Experience reviewing, drafting, or coordinating commercial agreements and legal contracts
