Job Summary
Chief of Staff to the CEO at The Bike Club, embedded as the CEO’s strategic partner and operational right-hand. Responsible for management reporting, board governance support, and delivering analytically rigorous work that informs strategic decisions. Own cross-functional workstreams, produce board packs and minutes, and drive data-led insights from market analysis to performance reviews. Role demands both intellectual rigor and practical delivery, with exposure to a fast-growing, venture-backed, B-Corp environment and potential progression into broader leadership. Based in London or Berlin with hybrid working arrangements; no single-location constraint for the applicant beyond the two listed hubs.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong written skills for board-ready reports and concise summaries
- Highly organized and process-driven; capable of managing multiple workstreams
- Comfortable working across functions and with senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through without supervision
- Intellectually curious and commercially aware with end-to-end business understanding
- Discreet and trustworthy with handling sensitive information
- Experience in consulting, investment, finance, or high-growth business environments advantageous
