Chief of Staff- SVP, Chief Marketing Officer

Partner closely with the SVP to define, refine, and communicate the overall vision, strategy, and annual priorities for the North America business. Drive alignment across cross-functional leaders, ensuring strategic initiatives are clearly articulated, well understood, and consistently executed. Act as a liaison between the CMO's office, direct reports, and internal/external stakeholders, communicating project requirements, gathering status updates, and proactively resolving issues. Lead the preparation and orchestration of leadership team, vendor, and client meetings, ensuring objectives are clear and action items are tracked to completion. Independently own and execute special ad-hoc projects end-to-end, often requiring deep understanding of organizational objectives across Finance and operational functions. Establish structure, process, and accountability mechanisms to move complex workstreams forward with clarity and speed. This hybrid position is located at the New York Corporate Office with a three-day in-office schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Regular travel is required.
