Job Summary
Partner with the COO to translate strategic priorities into integrated execution plans and establish operating rhythms across the Operations organization. Coordinate executive decisions, prepare Board materials, and drive accountability through disciplined operating reviews and performance metrics. Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting geographic expansion, supply chain scalability, and new product launches while building strong partnerships across Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Product Development. Identify execution risks early, remove barriers, and accelerate decision-making to ensure initiatives are delivered with speed and measurable business impact. Travel to and from Asia as a requirement for this role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8–12 years of experience in management consulting, operations strategy, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, transformation, program management, or a Chief of Staff role
- Experience supporting senior executives and leading complex cross functional initiatives
- Strong analytical, financial, and operational business acumen
- Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to influence across organizations without direct authority
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience operating successfully in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Global Supply Chain (APAC) – travel to and from Asia will be a requirement for this role
