Job Summary
Senior leader responsible for translating strategy into execution across the organization, partnering with the CEO and C-Team to drive enterprise-wide planning, performance management, and cross-functional alignment. Leads planning across annual and multi-year horizons, prioritization, and accountability through data, dashboards, and scorecards; oversees performance, data, and governance to ensure initiatives move from planning to execution with visible progress; collaborates with Data, Development, and Communications to align fundraising and organizational priorities, while strengthening internal transparency, narrative, and executive leadership. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of executive-level strategy experience; travel to Seattle/Tacoma and the Bay Area may be required. Salary ranges from $180,923 to $238,080, commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Executive Experience: Proven track record as a trusted member of a senior leadership team, with at least five years of direct experience leading enterprise-level strategy
- People Leadership: Significant experience managing and influencing directors, senior directors, and multiple high-performing teams
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working in or with K-12 schools is strongly preferred
- Logistical Requirements: Must meet health clearances and pass background/reference checks per education code. Must be able to travel occasionally to the Seattle/Tacoma and/or San Francisco Bay Area.
