Job Summary
Chief of Staff / Responsable – Strategy and Technology at GE Vernova Electrification is a high-impact operational leadership role centered on driving strategic and operational priorities across CSTO and Electrification businesses, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and accelerating execution. The role emphasizes building and managing operating cadence (KPI reviews, operating reviews, strategic planning, Hoshin Kanri), improving information flow and decision support, becoming an AI adoption ambassador, acting as an integration point across supply chain, quality, engineering, and leadership, and supporting lean principles, budgeting, and performance management. The position requires an executive profile capable of structuring ambiguity, leading through influence in a matrixed organization, and delivering measurable outcomes for global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Significant experience in operations, lean, manufacturing, engineering operations, or cross-functional business leadership
- Previous chief of staff role is a plus
- Demonstrated success driving outcomes across complex, global, matrixed organizations
- Experience establishing or managing business rhythms, governance processes, operating reviews, and performance management routines
