Chief of Staff - Partner Sales, Field Strategy & Enablement

Senior Chief of Staff for the Partner Sales, Field Strategy & Enablement organization. Acts as the operating backbone to translate the GVP’s strategic agenda into action across strategy, execution, communications, and organizational effectiveness across six functions, geographies, and segments. Responsibilities include designing and leading the end-to-end operating cadence (weekly leadership syncs, monthly reviews, QBRs, geo reviews, annual planning), building real-time performance dashboards covering partner-sourced pipeline, renewal and geographic metrics, enabling programs, and RFP throughput; preparing executive materials for boards and CRO reviews; managing internal communications from the GVP; representing the GVP in cross-functional sessions; defining and operationalizing KPI frameworks with RevOps and Finance; building scorecards and attribution models; conducting deep-dives when metrics move; driving cross-functional coordination between Sales, Revenue Ops, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success; leading annual planning, and owning high-impact special projects with a focus on efficiency and AI-driven insights. 10+ years of experience in GTM functions within B2B SaaS or enterprise tech, with demonstrated multi-function/ multi-region operating model experience, familiarity with indirect GTM motions, renewals economics, and strong executive communication skills. Compensation is base salary with a typical range of $230,300—$364,300 USD; distributed work with flexible locations mentioned.
