Chief of Staff (m/f/x)

Chief of Staff at a Berlin-based AI startup, reporting to the Co-Founder. You will sit at the intersection of Growth, Strategy, Finance, and Operations to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges such as international expansion, refining AI-driven unit economics, and supporting fundraising. You’ll lead strategic initiatives from concept to completion, drive investor relations and future funding rounds, scale AI-enabled operating processes toward €100m+ ARR, and act as a proxy for the founders in internal and external meetings. The role requires 4+ years of experience in fast-moving environments, financial fluency, exceptional communication, and fluency in English and German (C1+). You’ll work in a founder-oriented culture with a focus on rapid iteration, cross-functional launches, and building scalable operational foundations. Location is Berlin; in-person collaboration with the leadership team and investors is central to the role.
