Job Summary
Conduct strategic support for Partners on investment thesis development and fund-level initiatives while serving as a trusted sparring partner on high-priority tasks. Maintain and strengthen relationships with LPs and network members by preparing quarterly reports, fundraising materials, and on-site due diligence documents. Drive operational excellence through cross-functional alignment, meeting debriefs, and the planning of key events like founder retreats and ecosystem gatherings. Identify opportunities to embed AI into workflows and decision-making across the organization. Work closely with management to ensure strategy turns into execution within a small, flat-hierarchy team.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment (e.g. VC, startups, strategy consulting, or similar)

- Understand how a VC fund operates, or be able to demonstrate that you can get up to speed quickly
