Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth startup operations, or a similarly rigorous environment

- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical capabilities
- Ability to absorb large amounts of information, identify patterns, challenge assumptions, and develop thoughtful recommendations
- Comfort with fast-paced, high-performance environments and cross-functional collaboration
