Job Summary
Lead the Chief of Staff function for Legal and Audit Technology, collaborating with stakeholders to oversee technology spend, monthly business reviews, and budget alignment. Partner with Portfolio Management on annual planning and workforce strategy, while developing resource plans that encompass skills, location, and variable utilization. Prepare management reports for data-driven leadership decisions and perform financial analysis to track organizational health metrics. Establish control points for vendor engagements to mitigate risk and promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance. Validate AI-assisted outputs against sensitivity requirements and drive cohesion across cross-group initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on technical program management concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in resource management
- Demonstrated proficiency in organizational and operational change management
- Demonstrated proficiency in portfolio management
- Demonstrated proficiency in conflict resolution
- Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation
