Job Summary
Chief of Staff to the CEO/COO at a venture-backed cybersecurity company. Lead cross-functional initiatives, develop business cases and executive recommendations, track objectives and KPIs, and support investor relations, board communications, and strategic partner engagements. Prepare leadership materials, conduct market and competitive intelligence, and help establish operating cadence and execution discipline to accelerate growth. Requires 5-10 years in strategic consulting, AI capability for productivity gains, and experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SaaS, or risk management; MBA or advanced business degree a plus. Ideally based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with relocation welcome and remote consideration for Texas or New York, with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in strategic consulting at a top-tier management consulting firm
- Success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in high-growth technology environments
- AI knowledge/skill relevant to improving productivity and client value in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated analytical, financial modeling, and business planning capabilities
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SaaS, enterprise software, or risk management industries
