Chief of Staff

Chief of Staff leading multi-functional programs within a Global Business Unit; responsible for developing program strategy, budgets, and resource allocation, managing program teams and external development partners, and owning overall program profit and loss. Drives program progress communications to product stakeholders, aligns with unit strategy, monitors schedules and quality with vendors/subcontractors, identifies and resolves risks with engineering/project teams, and fosters innovation and continuous improvement in products, processes, and business practices. Mentors staff to model program management excellence and ensures compliance with program management guidelines and standards; coordinates safety and maintenance for equipment and drives cross-functional collaboration to optimize outcomes.
