Job Summary
Chief of Staff for the Delivery organization in Cleveland, OH on a hybrid schedule (office in Cleveland with in-office presence on Tue–Thu). The role acts as a decision-maker and right hand to the Head of Strategy & Delivery, responsible for staffing the right people on the right work, maintaining data accuracy, and driving the adoption of standard delivery practices. You will partner with Capability Leads and Business Operations to balance client demand with employee growth, own the weekly delivery cadence (forecast reviews, utilization data, timesheet hygiene), and lead strategic initiatives such as the rollout of the Further Standard. Key skills include Salesforce/PSA proficiency, Excel, Change Management (ADKAR), designing adoption strategies, stakeholder management, and coaching teams through new operational behaviors. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in professional services, consulting, or agency operations with a deep understanding of service business metrics (margins, utilization, leverage)

- Ability to build a communication plan, track adoption metrics, and coach teams through new operational behaviors
- Ability to review resource forecasts and identify issues
