Job Summary
Partner with the CEO and executive team in annual and multi-year business planning, establishing governance routines that drive accountability and timely decision-making. Monitor progress against strategic goals, surfacing risks and opportunities for executive action while preparing CEO-level briefs and insights. Own board- and parent-company-level reporting to Coca-Cola leadership, ensuring fairlife's performance narrative is clearly represented. Build operational standards across functions, oversee high-priority initiatives, and remove bottlenecks to enable faster execution. Serve as a trusted advisor and proxy for the CEO, facilitating agile ways of working and driving disciplined ELT meeting agendas. Anticipate needs for key engagements and partner with General Counsel, CFO, and CHRO on enterprise risk, compliance, and talent succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in strategic planning, program/project management, or a similar chief-of-staff, business-operations, or management-consulting role
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling highly confidential and strategically sensitive information
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence without direct authority across a senior executive team
- Experience facilitating agile or similarly disciplined ways of working across cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- ideally including time in CPG, food & beverage, or another large, matrixed corporate environment
- experience operating inside a parent-company or joint-venture structure
