Job Summary
Amplify the CEO's impact by acting as a force multiplier, managing operational burdens, and executing special projects to free the Founder for core product vision. Streamline the executive leadership team's operating cadence by designing monthly meetings, weekly agendas, and read-outs while serving as a central hub for cross-functional communication. Drive adoption of AI productivity tools across the leadership office to automate administrative overhead and optimize workflows. Represent the CEO in internal forums and prepare materials for critical external discussions including Board meetings and investor updates. Serve as a confidential thought partner on strategic and organizational challenges while navigating ambiguity and leading high-impact initiatives from ideation through execution.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in high-growth environments
- preferably within a technology startup (Series B/C or later stage)
- strategy consulting
- similar fast-paced, analytical role
- exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly across cross functional teams and to senior leadership
- naturally collaborative, humble, and prioritize collective success
- presence and diplomacy to command a room, drive tough conversations, and build alignment among senior leaders
- natural problem-solver with a data-driven approach
- capable of dissecting complex issues and designing practical, effective solutions
- proficient with and enthusiastic about leveraging modern artificial intelligence tools (e.g., generative AI, LLMs)
