Chief of Staff, Data Center Facilities (Nashville, TN)

Chief of Staff to the VP of Data Center Facility Operations, acting as a strategic and operational partner to drive alignment, execution rigor, and clear decision-making across OCI's global data center delivery portfolio. Responsibilities include managing executive priorities and staff agendas, coordinating cross-functional programs and special projects, preparing executive communications and updates, surfacing actionable insights for leadership, overseeing the rhythm-of-business (meetings, reviews, dashboards, KPIs, reporting), addressing systemic gaps to improve delivery predictability and cost control, partnering with regional leaders, PMO, and finance on portfolio health and capital deployment, facilitating annual and quarterly planning and long-range capacity strategy, and leading organizational effectiveness efforts such as workforce planning, onboarding, leadership development, and governance-related initiatives.
