Job Summary
Operationalize the CTO's priorities into measurable company goals and drive cross-functional roadmap execution. Sit between technical teams and the partnerships network to translate insight at an actionable abstraction level, surfacing what matters to team leads. Build and run the operating cadence for the infrastructure org, including OKRs, ownership mapping, and meeting rhythms. Provide close day-to-day support to project leads, representing them in internal and external meetings while following decisions through to close. Own executive reporting on the partnership network and act as the primary point of contact for the CTO to ensure alignment persists after meetings. This early hire will turn existing CTO activities into formal operating infrastructure, eventually owning commercial strategy for the infrastructure organization.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as chief of staff, GM, or similar to a technical leader specifically, not a generalist executive-support role
- Background in semiconductor, hardware, or infrastructure partnerships
- Experience building this kind of function from the first hire, at a company operating at a similar stage or velocity
Desired Qualifications
- Compute infrastructure literacy - you know what information actually matters and needs to move between team leads
- Technical-commercial fluency, with a track record operating between engineering and the commercial or capital side - dated milestones, acceptance criteria, a roadmap that holds
- Experience through a genuine high-growth phase at a larger organisation, and the judgment to apply those lessons to Callosum's current inflection point
- Comfort with a broad, foundational remit - setting things up from nothing, supporting other executives, and going wherever the company needs you
