Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of high-priority strategic and operational initiatives, translating ambiguous direction into clear plans, milestones, and success metrics. Partner with cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, Finance, and People Ops to manage dependencies, resolve execution risks, and drive outcomes without direct authority. Build structured analyses and decision memos to support leadership, establish operating cadences, and prepare materials for executive meetings and board discussions. Track progress against strategic priorities, manage resource allocation, and step in flexibly to cover execution gaps or accelerate critical initiatives. This high-impact role sits at the center of RZR's scaling ad tech platform, offering direct partnership with the COO and exposure to board-level decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, BizOps, Consulting, Program Management, or senior operational role
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills — you can structure ambiguous problems, interpret data, and turn insights into action
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, including experience creating executive-ready materials
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and bias to action
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
